I purchased Eibach 2" drop coil springs for my truck from this company. I recieved the package in 6 days---the company stated 5-7 business days. When I recieved the package, the box was in horrible condition. The underside of the box was taped, and it appeared the springs fell through the bottom. The springs were in good condition however. I would not recommend shopping from this company. It could have been the shipping company's fault. Either way, I would shop elsewhere. :(

I've dealt with them once. About 3 or 4 years ago whenever I bought my Trenz 30-bar billet insert I got it from Ultra Performance. I didn't have a single problem with them. The grille showed up on time and the packaging and product were all in excellent condition. The people I talked to on the phone were extremely friendly too. Their prices are a little higher than other places is my main reason for not really doing much with them, but I wouldn't hesitate if they had a deal for me.
If I were you I'd give them a call and talk to them about your problem, although it's hard to screw up a set of springs. I got some spindles from Stylin' Concepts that showed up in a disentegrated box, but it didn't bother me.
Springs = heavy
Box = weak
Springs and box + UPS = trouble!:D

I am not going to call the company and complain..........the coil springs were in good condition. I could care less about the box, but it is somewhat dissapointing to know that the box was not re-packaged correctly! The coil springs have very small marks on two sides, it appears as though it was a manufacturing process that created them. I will shop elsewhere next time. :(
