This question is only for you guys with a DJM 2/4 (Calmax Level 1) drop and 20" rims. What tire size are you guys able to run with your 20's? I'm currently running Goodyear Eagle GTII 275/45/20 tires. It looks like I have enough room for a slightly taller tire on the rear and in front it looks like I have a reasonable amount of room for possibly a taller tire. Are any of you getting away with running a taller tire (without rubbing or other problems)? If so, what size and brand tire are you using? My rims are 20x9 with a 6+" (not exactly sure but they sit pretty flush with the fenders) of backspacing.

I was told by a local rim and tire shop that you can run 285/50/20 without any rubbing. I am going to be going with 275/45/20 in about a week when I pick up my new 20" Centerlines.

Hmm, 285/50/20's won't work for me (at least on the front). So far I've found out that 255/50/20's will work and maybe 265/50/20's. But the price of these tires (especially the 255/50's) is ridiculous compared to the Goodyear 275/45/20's

Huh :nono: , 275/45/20's = 29.75" tall, 255/50/20's = 30.04" (will work but expensive), and 265/50/20's (not sure if these will work) = 30.43", 285/50/20's = 31.22" (too tall for my setup).

GTII also come in 295/45/20 i believe, 30.5" tall or so..

Be a nice setup with 295/ rear, and 275/ front.. tires would match even though slightly different size

if i cant get the bags (which is looking like i cant) i will be doing a 3/6 drop on my truck.

275 all around for now, and 295' next time i need tires.. give the rear the extra 1/2 inch of lift ;-) .. providing the chubbys will fit. ;-)
