Front: Spindles(2") and springs(3")
Rear: You've got several ways to go. I'd probably just go with a flip kit, but if I rember right you need the stock shackles. You could use the Demon method of several fat hookers, but I wouldn't recomend it.

No big deal. :D
Install a 6" flip kit, set the shackles at the 1" setting (Lower hole), and C-notch the frame rails. As mentioned before, 2" spindles and 3" coil springs will do the job up front. Add a set of lowered shock absorbers and f/r anti-sway bars---You'll be set. :read:
Understand now? ;)

ok one more question.......when i do the flip kit and shackles, instead of the c-notch i want to put in a step notch.....do i need to act like i have bags and reinforce it with something or would it be ok, just as it is? then i could sell the c-notch and get some money for the next mod...:D
EDIT----do i use the stock shackles or the ones i have on now? or do i need to read groundeds post?

You might as well go 5/8, that'll be nice and level and still a good height for a daily driver. Plus it'll look awesome.
Front: 2" spindle, with a 3" spring
Rear: Flip kit, and keep the shackle you currently have on your truck. And of course, a notch.

If your going to bag it, just save your money to bag it. Don't waste your time or money on the 5/7. And for answers to your bag questions search for your old posts about bags.:read:

If you don't want bags, then why do you want a step notch?

Exactly!!
Honestly I don't care what he does. He can heat or cut his stock coils and pull leaves and add a big azz block out back. I'm done with him, this is the same damn thing he did awhile back asking about bags. Good luck with your truck kid.
