Okay,
I did a search and can't really come with info on Chassis Tech. The local hop-up shop here has always been good to me and the owner has offered me a great deal on a Chassis Tech 2/4 kit, with springs up front and shackels and hangers in back.
Is there anyreason I shouldn't go with this kit?
Thanks!

Do a search on the site for Chassis Tech and AIM. You might as well light that money on fire and burn it. That's the worst crap you could possibly buy to put on your truck. IF the parts actually show up being the correct parts, they have been known to fail. Luckily, I've never heard of them failing on a moving vehicle and hurting anyone, but still.
Spend the money on quality parts. DJM, BellTech, Western Chassis...These are all good companies to buy from.

Okay,
So now what do I tell my friend?
Sorry the kits you sell suck? LOL:tongue:
Being in Canada my options are limited on kits, but thank you for your input! Anyone else have any opinions or is it all the same?
PS. Being that this is from a retail store and the parts are in stock does this make a difference or will the kits still be crap? Sorry I am just stalling because I don't know how to break it to this guy.

I dunno, other than the fact that thier shipping sux, thier support sux, dealing with them sux, the fact that anything that can break probably will, and they put pictures of things that look totally different in real life in thier ads. I guess thier **** cant be that bad if your dealing with someone that has it in stock, and is willing to put it in. if you do it MAKE SURE YOU SET A DEADLINE, DONT GIVE HIM ANYTHING TILL ITS DONE, AND IF HE STARTS SAYING SOMETHING LIKE HE HAD TO SEND SOMETHING BACK AND HE IS WAITING ON PARTS LAUGH AT HIM AND TAKE YOUR TRUCK BACK.
P.S. do a 5-8 drop, youll like that better :rocking:

All I have to say is you will get what you pay for. Save a little more money and go with DJM, Belltech, or Western Chassis and save yourself the headaches. :D

:word: Exactly. The suspension is one part of a truck that should never be skimped on. If I couldn't afford the good stuff, I'd just have to wait until I could afford it.
