Rear Shackle Drop

Ok im helping my friend install his springs back on his 00 silvy. He got a Rear shackle kit from some guy for $60.00 but it didn't come with instructions. Me and him are doing all the work including our auto tech teacher. Is it common sense on installing them? Or can anybody scan the installing instructions, or is there a site. I have no idea what its supposed to look like so can someone help me here.

Do a search on shackles or installing shackles. 5-8 and CKTA have posted instructions. It's pretty straight forward. :D

Ok the shakles werent a problem, but i encountered another thing. Ok the shakles have two different places where you can attach the spring. A Top one, and a few inches below theres another hole. I installed them on the lower hole because it seemed common sense that the lower one will drop it. Did i do it wrong? I mean its not a big deal i can switch the spring to the other hole with in like 10 minutes, but just while theres nothing in the way, do i have it set right? I cant find anyone here that has a truck with shakles....it sucks living here. So is the bottom hole the right one to lower it? Or was it the top one? *sorry for my long posts*

Top hole lowers 2", bottom hole lowers 1"
