I tried EagleOne Mag and Chrome polish on my Alcoa aluminum mags this weekend. Alot of work (about 45 mins. each wheel) but they came out almost new. Gets rid of about 95% of the oxidation and they look chromed. Thought I'd pass on a product that worked for me

when i first got the blue bomb it had some aluminum wheels on it, and i used some mothers wheels polish on them, i know everyones heard of that, but i was just going to make a statement that it made those old a$$ wheels look brand new

Order some green (medium grit) metal polish from Trenz (www.trenz.com)....thats all they do is metal, and they know how to do it. Best stuff Ive ever used.

I also like semichrome and NeverDull....that mothers polish is crap. All Mothers products are crap.

i went to the heavy metal polish website i might give that stuff a try. i still think mothers is a great product though. now if your wheels were neglected it might not be the best choice.

Trust me, give that stuff a choice

As far as Mothers being crap....its not really crap, persay, but its definatly at the bottom of the car detailing food chain. Their products are simply mediocre (sp?) Same with Meguiars....everybody uses them as thinks theyre so great, but theyre really not, they just do what theyre supposed to do, they dont it exceptionally well. The only Meguiars product I use is quick detailer.
