About 3 or 4 months ago when I installed my Hotchkis suspension I torqued the rear leafs and everything else BEFORE I dropped the car on its wheels.
I later noticed that the install directions said to torque the springs and specifically leafs AFTER the car was lowered onto its wheels.
My truck drives great except for some squeaks from the rear leafs, something I have heard can be fixed with graphite powder or lots of WD40.
Does ANYONE know what COULD happen since I didnt torque the springs AFTER I dropped the truck to the ground? I know nothing too serious but I want to know WHY they instruct you to do that.
thanks for any info! :D
