If so, flip it first, then center it to the axle. :D Physh1 05-13-2003, 04:25 PM Most flip kits move the axle back a little. You can see this by the offset holes on the axle saddles. The offset hole goes towards the front of the truck. You can center it but it's best to move the notch back around 1/2" from center..... Cameron goodmouse02 05-14-2003, 01:12 AM sorry, its a step notch. im doing that and my four link. how do you guys center up your step notches? Physh1 05-14-2003, 10:10 AM You could always install the 4 link and lay the truck out so the axle is sitting on the frame....then you know exactly where to put it. Otherwise your very safe centering it over the bumpstop...maybe a weee bit forward. Cameron goodmouse02 05-14-2003, 11:13 PM I want to do the 4 link, but I need to know one thing, can somebody PLEASE tell me when your truck is all the way down how much space they have betweet the bottom of your bed and your driveshaft 35" from the rearend. my front end is still stock so I dont know if im going to need to notch my four link xmember or not. I would really appreciate the help. vBulletin v3.5.1, Copyright ©2000-2008, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
