What are the main differences in the Meguairs Consumer and professional line?

Will I get better results with the professional products?

I dont know what the exact differences are, but I gaurantee you, 99% of the time any professional product is going to be better than the consumer equivalent. Luckily I have very easy access to all of the Ardex (a professional product company) products, so Im starting my own mobile detailing business.
So far ive tried their:
Wash concentrate
Polish
Wax
Compound
Bug and tar remover
Tire gloss
and theres no consumer product out there that can touch them...and ive tried everything.

SO if you can get your hands on some professional stuff, do it.
