which clay bar is better?

which clay bar is better mothers, or clay magic. those are the tow i can get around here.

I doubt there's much difference. I had a Mother's, it was good.

I've used 3 different kinds and had the same results.....clay magic, zaino and mothers.

FYI on clay bars. I work for a company that manufactures automotive detail products. We recently added clay bars to our product line and there is only one mfg of the clay bar right now who supplies everyone. Other companies have tried to mfg it but have found themselves in court, and have been ordered to halt production as we were told. Patten thingy!

The only difference in the bars are the colors and there are a couple grades. There is a fine grade and a medium grade. Med. grade will basically "wet sand" your paint and is fairly aggressive. The fine grade is what you want for routine claying. Only problem is you can't tell between the grades by feel or anything. We use two different colors to tell the difference but I am not sure what grades other people are offering them in. I have used the above mentioned and have had great results!

I have used clay bars myself for about three years and you won't find a better tool to prep your finish before polishing!
