color change on paint

Hey guys, You know that Paint thing on your computer, where you can draw and stuff, anyway, does anyone know how to change the color of a vehicle on it? I can put a pic on it, and do some choping, and it looks pretty good, I just cant change the color. So, does anyone know how I could do this, or is it even posible? Thanx

you have to upload the pictures in other place then link them here ...
