2003 stereo steering wheel controls

I really want to get a new head unit for my 03 sierra but dont want to lose my steering wheel radio controls! I really love em!

Does anyone know if there is ANY way to wire these buttons to work with an aftermarket stereo?

I gotem to and I'm going to order SWI-X Interface but it's for an 02:

You can also get it from Crutch Field for an 03 for about the same price. Your headunit has to have a remote though.
