center console audio controls 01 Yukon?

I've got an 01 Yukon w/ rear audio controls in the center console. One of the button's is crackd so I bought a whole replacement controller off of ebay for 20 bucks. Now, what is the best way to seperate the console to remove the old one? I've looked at it and have some ideas, but figured someone here might have a suggestion. Thanks in advance.

you could try taking the whole console out...i believe it's held in by 4 10mm bolts that are at the bottom of the inside of the console compartment...you might be able to see better how to get to it if you took it out all the way and checked it out....i took mine out before and it's cake to get back in
