Quick detailers???

Whats the best quick detailer to use on a black truck that is/has been sitting in the hot sun?

Im going to Texas heatwave show in a couple weeks and I will need to use some sorta quick detailer after the drive. Can anyone recommend the best one that wont streak up?

If I were doing that I would arrive early and pull into a coin car wash first, clean it up, then pull it into the shady area to detail it. That way the car wash water will somewhat cool the truck off, and having it in the shade should make it easier to detail. Other than that, I havn't seen anything yet that doesn't streak real bad. i can't even get my windows clean when its sunny out. :( Good luck.

I am not sure what to use, but don't use the Meguiars on black. I have used it on mine a couple of times, and it doesn't come off until you wax it again. It is good stuff for other colors...Dad uses it on red and gray trucks, but definately not on black.

I had a black 97 Z71 and now have a black 03 GMC and I have always used Meguires "Final Inspection" quick detailer. I buy it buy the gallon, literally! I have never had a problem with this stuff leaving marks. Apply it with a soft cloth in sections and remove it with cheese cloth or a microfiber towel. Slicker than snot!

I have just tried the Zaino products and like the "Gloss Enhancer" they offer. I need to try a side by side comparison because the Zaino seems just a little "greasier" to me which leaves a little residue. This is what I found all the other products you find at Wal-Mart do, leave residue. Not good! Give the final inspection a try.

Zaino Bros. Z6 Gloss Enhancer !! I've tried others and nothing compares. I even spray it on my wheels.
