I have a 1997 Silverado, extended cab, short box, with 5.7 Vortec, 3.73 limited slip. It came with the window vents, hood deflector, a BedRug, and a retractable tonneau cover!!! Oh and DeeZee steps. It has a trailer brake installed, hitch, all the goodies. I got it with 19,500 miles on it on Xmas eve of last year(2001).!!!! I would like to get started on mods, but money is tight right now. Just got back to work after a 4 month layoff!!! I am an apprentice electrician up here in the Seattle area, work is slow right now!! My two brother in laws have Chevy's, as well as my brother. And I also have a 77 GMC 3/4 with a 454, this one has got to get sold to help recoup downpayment on the new truck. I will miss the old big block rumble and torque though!!:( But I am very pleased with my new baby!!:rocking: I will be here alot for advice, thanks for the warm welcome guys!!
