This is for all of you that have the "APC" clear parking lenses on your OBS 88-98 trucks and have had them leak or get dirt on the inside.
I was about to replace mine until I found you can take them apart clean and reseal them.
The outer lense is held to the backing by silicone.Remove from the grill, Then use a razor blade to break the seal around the lense and body.Use a small flathead screwdriver to carefully pry the lense off of the body.
Now you can remove the old silicone seal,clean the inside and reseal using new clear silicone to help prevent water and dirt from getting in.
This may work on other brands but have not tried
I hope this information is useful and saves from having to buy new lenses.
