#5 - due 11/23

I figured you guys might want to toy with a pic of one of this year's SEMA show trucks. :D

No rule changes, but I'll post them for the newbies anyhow:


Contest is only open to registered FSC members. Staff members may compete.
Entries must be in JPEG format (.jpg extension)
Image size no larger than 1024 pixels wide by 768 pixels tall
File size no larger than 250 kilobytes.
Entries must not contain nudity, vulgarity or references to drugs or other illegal activities.
Entries must be received by Sunday, November 23rd.
Only one entry per person per contest.
Include your FSC username in the subject line of the email carrying your entry. Unless you want to sign your pic directly -- I'm not going to be that picky anymore.


Entries should be sent to my email address at fscdigitaldreams@yahoo.com

i have no idea how to use Photoshop but i think this will be a interesting contest with that truck:D

On those nights you cant sleep photoshop contests come in handy, now the only thing that sucks is its two weeks before we submit it now and I got nothing more to do.

Just got it. I sincerely hope we get more entries though... so far I've only received 3 and I don't think I'm going to have time to work on one. :(

Unfortunately, there were only 4 entries this time around -- Shyster, KevMc, uihockey2 & antibling. :( They're all in the Contest 5 album on imagestation that the original pic is in. I should be setting up the poll tomorrow over lunch.


P.S. -- Depending on how the turnout is for the next contest, this may come to an end sooner than I had hoped. What I'm thinking I might do if it comes to that is just throw out 3 or 4 new pics every once in a while that you guys can edit at your own pace just to practice and/or show off.

i should of changed the paint color, i just thought it looked good as is. Now it looks boring. We need to get more interest for next time. I dont want this to end.:D

Looking back on it, I think part of the problem may have been that the last contest was a NBS GMC as well. I'll be out of town but online a bit for the weekend, so I won't be getting much in the way of sig work done, but I'll look around to see if I can find some new sources with more variety to them.

I sent in a non-competing entry just for kicks. We need to try to keep the interest up, this is a fun way to learn new techniques.
