$100 for shipping????
I just shipped mine for $25 with Fedex... not trying to thread crap but you might want to check around... and these will work for 94-98 (and 99 models with old style)

how did you guys pack them? Iknow I asked a mail boxes etc. about a grille one time and I took it in and boxed it up and they where wanting ike 60-80 for shipping cause of the over size. So indefense it may be his shipping company.

The guy that shipped it to me had it in like a 8ft box. I think that if you take your packages directly to UPS they will ship them for you anyways, cause when I have had to go to pick something up there, you see tons of things that are over their restrictions.

I think mailboxes kills you on the box - they quoted me $80 once to make a box... just find an old furniture box... i found one that was too small but 3 rolls of shipping tape and a knife fixed that. The trick is i think it has to be under 130 inches - thats girth (width + thickness) + length. Otherwise it will have to be counted frieght and youll be charged for like 150 pounds minimum just because its so big. Mine was a little over but it was only like 2" thickeness and and 4" width so they didn't seem to care. Boxes are usually the hardest thing to find... you need one just big enough but not too big. Hope this helps you out. Btw I have always had better results with Fedex than UPS on the big stuff.

I sent out a complete grill in a box that I made myself thru a UPS store, and they treated it as an oversize package and it cost $91 to ship. My choices in Chicago are the UPS store, UPS direct pickup or other places. I highly doubt you could ship a grill shell (SHELL not an insert) for $25 through UPS unless I am doing it wrong.

I can look into shipping via Fedex not sure where they are around here but I can do that too.

GMC grill = aftermarket company

I still have the Enkeis.

I shipped a grill shell... 21lbs - just make sure your box is under 130" inches total (girth + length) and fedex will ship... signing up is free if you wanna check it out at fedex.com

I made a box that was a bit high but not much longer than the grill shell itself.

If folks want to drive over and pick up the grill shells go for it, shipping is a bear.

I saw your email.

I would love get rid of both grills for $100 cash pick them up.

Shipping them for $30, well I'd have to look into Fedex I guess?

hey man, How about a picture of the wheels. Have you thought about the shipping costs, some of the other guys didn'th think it was very resonable, whatever though. Are they aluminum? What model # are they? How bad is the curb rash? Email me some pics or just post them on the forum if you could that would be great. Thanks

Maybe I can take a pic this week, I have been hectic.

They are polished aluminum.

They are basically in C+ condition, I would use them for drag wheels or beater wheels. $50 takes em, they come with some tired centercaps and lugs too.

Hey Guys try greyhound. $49 to anywhere in the states you have to pick up at the local terminal but that is a great way to go. I have recieved a fender, seats, lots of stuff. Just an idea....

Given my experience last time selling a grill, I will only sell these for asking price + $80 for shipping or you pick up for asking price.
