I tried to order a part for wife's car and when I had everything down and hit the submit button I kept getting an error message about address( billing address and shipping address different.) I finally gave up and ordered from P and G Chevy.
I go back to the site later and check the history info and they had the part listed twice and said my order was in progress. I never got a confirmation or anything. I sent an e-mail and told to cancel my order and one to the credit card company not to pay.
Anybody had any experience with this place? I hear they are slow to respond to e-mails.

I tried to order an alarm for my truck(99 Z-71 OBS) and even ask for thier suggestions on the right one. They sent me an e-mail on the part # and its functions the whole bit. So I ordered it and a week later they e-mail me that the part had been dis-continued. Also they don't know what alarm fits my truck now!! Kinda LAMO and I dont mean laughing my a off!!! I will do my business elsewhere.....

Dang I wish I would have read the older threads before posting my reply in the other one about gmpartsdirect--this is EXACTLY the same problem I'm having.
Nice to know that they haven't fixed the problem in SIX!!!!! years! Sheesh!:whatever:
I better check my credit card to see if that order shows up on it like yours did!
