GL with the sale. If you still have it the first of the year I'll hit you up. Trying to get rid of my ride first.

Re: 1978 crew cab dually, bagged
Do you have any pictures of the truck all aired up, like at ride height? Also, which specific motor is in it? How many miles on the motor and trans?

Re: 1978 crew cab dually, bagged
i dunno man, laying that 2x4 on its side to made a bridge kit seems hacked to me, doesnt looked braced up or anything
it looks like flat pieces welded to the ends of the box tubing, but that would only really brace the box together, not it to the notch.

to each his own..
i didnt build it that way so i cant give a reason behind it..
frame can be strong enough w/o adding any type of bridge at all..
not saying how its done is right or wrong, but its strong and will deff. hold up..may look "hacked" to you, but it is strong and a good job was done on it..

Re: 1978 crew cab dually, bagged
It's definitely not hacked from the pics, if it's 1/4" wall box its plenty strong and there isn't a 5th wheel hitch installed so it's not load bearing by any means. It actually looks pretty good considering the truck is long and square and the bridge work is long and square...
