Re: Basic Sub info/product list
I've used many different models of Kicker and got to say they are a good brand. Myself, I'm really an Mtx kinda guy.(subs &amps)The interior acoustics and the installation have more to do with the final sound quality than brand and cost.

This thread would have been better if it was just links and had more brands. Also it needs to be updated concidering it in almost 2 years old or deleted.

Diamond is a really good sound. They also have one of the best waranties out there. they have a three year waranty on any speaker and a LIFETIME waranty on their amps.thats a kick ass waranty but they have to be installed by a certified diamond dealer. Extreme Customs and Car Audio, Lexington, S.C.

Thumbs up Re: Basic Sub info/product list
With the space constrictions of trucks I am supprised that more are not using the Kicker solos. at .66 cubic foot of space for the 10" L7 and .88 for the 12" L7. I am thinking of adding a 10 to my CC under the rear seat. Orion amps rule.

you will be very happy with your r's in the right box, RMS rating is 500 but they will easily handle 750, which is what i have on mine and they dont distort hardly at all even turned up real loud

Hey you forgot like three of the greater companies, MTX, Crossfire, and MA Audio.......Crossfire is said to be number one now-a-days and having installed thousands of their subs in many applications you cant go wrong, i Have and extended cab chevy with 2 12' MA audio subs under my rear seat hits unbelieveable.

crossfire is not the best. and ma isnt a greater company. theyre a cheaper company with some flash like audiobahn.

Re: Basic Sub info/product list
Does anyone have any opinions on the Infinity DVQ subs? A guy I work with has one 10" and it is a clean sounding sub. I was leaning towards a JL 10w7 or 10w6, but the price difference is noticable. Are the JL's really overpriced as some have mentioned here?

Re: Basic Sub info/product list
I think FI deserves to be on this list. I recently purchased a 12" SSD and it sounds pretty sweet in 1.3 cubes sealed with 800W. Very good SQL sub and I have heard the Q is even better.
