Anyone ever use a reg cab box in a ext cab?

Anyone ever use a reg cab box in a ext cab? I have a regular cab box and its the regular kind that is in the link below. I was just wondering if anyone has used it in a ext cab down firing? I was just thinking of adding legs to it to make it stable and keeps the subs off the floor...Till i get a real box.

if u add some legs to it and make sure the top of the box faces the rear of the truck and u should be good to go..

Where do you plan to put it? Most ext cab enclosures are under the rear seat. I dont see that happening unless you cut the box in half or lose the rear seat and put 6" legs on the box.

its not going to fit cus iv already tried it to be honest with you the floor humps will get in the way. you can get a down fire box off of ebay for under 100.00 dollors shiped to your door step ive done bought mine and a couple of my freinds theres and they fit perfect
just serch chevy truck box or chevy truck sub box

yea. it will fit under the seat and could be stablized by some maybe 3" legs and fire down but wont look right. Plus i have 2 amps and i dont know where to put them if i get a box now. There isnt any room in these things.

just pull ur back seat out and mount them on the back wall

i have something similiar but a little more narrow sitting upright like that behind my back seat in my xcab. only have 2 8" subs though
