pics of ECSB subwoofer setup
Looking for a change. Currently have a downfiring box in my 04 ext cab with two 12" kicker solobarics. I am wanting to go with either an upfacing one with 12s or 10s, or a forward facing one with 10s.The current box and 12s will be for sale if anyone is interested in them. Located in central Louisiana. Please post pics of your subwoofer setups.

That is a crazy setup there. Couldnt get that crazy, my son still has to fit back there.LOL. If I was single I would just rip out the back seat and wall it up.

It sounds good but I am just looking for a change. I cant leave anything alone. One thing I dont like about the downfire box is that it sounds great in the truck, but outside the truck you here all the panels rattling under the truck.

Have you installed and sound deadener? If not, it wont matter which way you have the subs firing, you will still have rattles.

Re: pics of ECSB subwoofer setup
A forward facing box wont have the heatshields under the truck rattling. I am building one now, and I moved my amps. Going to redo the whole setup. Going with two MTX 4500 tens. I dont turn it up too much, so the tens will be plenty for me. Also installed a seat lift kit I bought from a member here. While I have everything out, I am also going to put in the new carpet I have sitting in a box, and get the electric cutout wired up.
The kicker comp 12s are for sale as well as the downfire box if anyone is interested.
