tranny swap

ive got a th400 with a 205 t-case in my truck now and i want a 4-speed i have a lead on a 86 thats rotted out it has a 4-speed hydraulic clutch and all every thing i need the only thing is i think its prob gonna have a 208 t-case what do i need to bolt my 205 case on like a different adapter or maybe sum sort of input shaft and how much of a pain is it gonna be to swap the t-cases
