Nice centercaps, too. Are you going to leave the wheels silver? What color will the truck be?

Re: pics of my new 15X8 and 15X10 Rallys
Hey fellas, new here. I have 15x10s on my truck, with a stock rear axle. I had the wheels made up with more backspacing so they would tuck up inside the bed. Mine is an '87, so it may vary, but you may want to mount the wheel up and check the clearance before you buy tires.

Re: pics of my new 15X8 and 15X10 Rallys
Mine fit with a little clearancing on the left leaf spring, the bottom (shorter than the rest) leaf whas not in line with the others for some reason(no pics of that). Rides just fine, doesn't rub. Had to butcher it a little to make them fit. I will be widening the stock tubs eventually.

I don't have any other photos, I can take some if you want them.

Re: pics of my new 15X8 and 15X10 Rallys
I have 15x10 truck rally wheels. I also have Mickey Thompson 29x15.50 Sportsman tires. I wanted them to fit without narrowing the rear axle. I will have to pull one to measure the offset, but when I ordered them, I told them I wanted wheels that measured the same on the curb side as a stock 15x8, with the additional width toward the frame, if that makes any sense. I got them from Stockton wheel. I have since heard a lot of bad things about Stockton, maybe I got lucky. He said he had a pair that someone ordered and never paid for, already powder coated, for $50 cheaper than normal price, and they were shipped that day. I now know of some better suppliers who I would trust more than them.

One word about the Mickeys; if you get those tires, be careful in the rain. I drove that truck 120 miles round trip, to work every day, on Houston freeways, for months, no problem. I just hit the slow lane in rain storms, drove very carefully, and was O.K. Just drive accordingly.

One other thing Toad, if you did away with the leafs, you could go even wider, depending on where you located the ladder bars. As you know, the frames on those trucks are nice and narrow from the factory.

Actually if I get this job and after I get my truck back together... What are your plans for the 10 holers?
They might look good replacing my 15" stock ralleys...

Not much, I'd have to measure, maybe 2", but they never ever rub.

Re: pics of my new 15X8 and 15X10 Rallys
The backspacing is 6 1/2" from the mounting surface to the outside lip of the rim.
In this pic, you can see at the bottom of the photo where I clearanced the leaf a bit on the driver's side.

Pass. side. Sorry for the low quality photos, it was dark and the bed is full of junk, the hood, etc., the engine is being swapped. I will put wider tubs in later.

See where I ground the bottom leaf it a bit?

Yes I know the exhaust system is garbage. It was a $1000 running shortbed.
The left tire got tore up by stuff in the bed with no tubs. 'Doh!
