Re: 73-87 roll call...
if you really don't like it being a longbed, you can convert it to a shortbed...a few people have done it...

Re: 73-87 roll call...
that is a ton of work. I would not begin to tackle that, unless u have lots and lots of time and tools. maybe buying a shortbed pickup is the way to go. The short beds are not that hard to come by are they?

Re: 73-87 roll call...
I dont mind the longbed too much. I will deal with it, but if I come across a shortbed I might get it. There are two nice ones sitting around town but they dont want to sell, they just sit in the yards to rust.

Yeah it's been down the strip a couple of times. So far, the best time is a 12.61 on motor. I've got a 150 shot of juice I'll put to it the next trip.

At first I took this as a sly little attack, but then I thought about it and realized that my truck was indeed built... by GM. So I guess it's a real truck

i'm sorry about that man, i didn't really mean it as it came across. your truck is one of my favorites on this site, so please don't take that the wrong way. i guess what i meant to say was real CUSTOM trucks are built, not bought.

Try not to think of it as oil leaks...and more as active rust prevention.
