Lug nuts for M/T Classic IIs
I thought I'd ask in here first, otherwise I'll get a bunch of guys talking about lug bolts or something goofy like that.

From the fitment guide: "Mickey Thompson Performance Tires & Wheels recommends standard ‘bulge’ acorn lug nuts (conical seat) on all Classic II and Classic Lock Wheel and duplex ‘bulge’ acorns on vehicles with a GVWR of 6500lbs or greater."
So I need duplex bulge conical seat lug nuts for either 1/2-20 or 9/16-18 studs. I checked, and McGard (my favorite lug nut manufacturer) doesn't make such a lug nut. Why do you suppose it has to be a duplex nut?

Those Gorilla Lifetime lug nuts sound (and look) good. Are they made in the USA?
