where are the fuse blocks in an 86 burban?
i found 1 of them under the dash but im unsure if its the only one, is there another one somewhere eles

look at a wiring diagram see what they have in common. if nothing go back to the fuse box and see if your getting power to the horn wire/radio wire. if you are see where the break is.

Horn and the radio are on the same fuse. check your dome light it should be to. then follow it back from the fuse block.
