help me find paint color !
of a pretty 1980 c-10 thats a baby **** green , thats the best way to describe it but i was told it was a stock GM color i just dont have a RPO codes any were but it was from 80

I fooled around on Google a little bit. I found a site with car paint codes that listed paint code 40 as lime green. Might be that?

I had a 75 Chevy C10 that was Willow-way Green? or something like that, it was a lighter green that was hideous when I got the thing, but after a couple of years it kinda grew on you. The entire truck was that color, inside and out.....I wish I still had that truck!

Any automotive paint shop will have books with paint chips providing that it is original paint.Some of these cheap paint chains would mix odds and ends of paint and they dont match anything.Take the book out to the truck in the sunlight. RW

i got this...
i believe the color you are lookin for is at the bottom of this page in the 1980 Chevy truck brochure...  it would be "Emerald Green".   <---thanks 454SS!!1991 Chevy Silverado K1500 extended cab, 350, 700R4 with shift kit, exhaust work...in need of body work...lol... 1983 GMC Sierra K1500 sold...
