Mirror finish on chrome
I use a car wax like you use for your body let it set up then wipe it off. after you do that use some window cleaner on it an boom mirror finish.

How about Polished Alluminum, how can I make it mirror shine

Elbow grease and different levels of polish. If it's decent already, only needing that extra shine, I'll use Simichrome and patience. Follow it up with a synthetic wax (Aluminum is fairly porous and when it heats, it expands, so natural wax -yellow or carnuba- will go away fairly fast). Then buff the crap out of it. I used the Zaino treatment on my Quad rims and they looked better than chrome.
