Leather Cleaner
Which brand of leather cleaner and conditioner is good to use? I've been using Classic Soft Trim's Cleaner and Conditioner for a while on my mom's hoe but was looking to see if there is anything better.

Thanks!

I like the Zaino's stuff. It restores the smell of the leather too!

lexol is one of the best. You will find it is most stores for regular leather stuff like couches, jackets, etc. It is used a lot by "cowboys" for saddles, boots, and that kinda of stuff. So might have better luck in a tack store or farm store.

Lexol is good but Malco is better and cheaper. I am not sure if you can find it in stores but let me know and I can get some for you.

Also Klasse is very very good. It is a cleaner and protectant and leaves shine and doesn't rub off. I haven't used Klasse very much because I have just found out about it but I think I am going to start using it because it is awesome stuff. It gets out scuffs that you wouldn't think could come out. Just let me know...I can get all this stuff cheaper than in the stores. One of these days I will have an online store.

Now when you say "shine" what do you mean? hehe Armor Tire shine looking?

I guess I'm confused and dont laugh at me cause I have only owned leather in one other vehicle but I thought leather was not dull but has that kinda look to it.. a good thing so to speak. My leather looks good and not shiney but my mom's tahoe her seats have never been cleaned and are VERY shiney. I have a bottle of the Zaino leather condiftioner or whatever but not the other guess I could try that out, I use to use it in my Grand Prix GTP hehe. Oh well let me know 02silverado how much that stuff is Klasse and I'll try it out also

If you like SHINE then Klasse will do it. What color is your interior? The lighter interior is shines ok on the leather but on the dash and everything else light or dark it shines a lot. Its good on everything (leather, interior plastic, trim, dash, etc). It also protects and cleans. I have never used or seen the results of Zainos so I can't help you out there. The Klasse is $14.61 plus shipping for 10 oz. Its not cheap but its good.

I personally have had very good luck with it. I used to work in a sporting goods store, kinda an old fasioned one that had everything from guns, to tack, sporting goods, etc. We used the Lexol a lot on everything with good results. I have an expensive leather coat that is like 15 years old and looks brand new still using the lexol. But that is about all I have used, so I can't really say much more.
