cleaned exhaust tips[see pics]
my exhaust tips looks nasty as hell with rust spots after this winter.. so i went ahead and washed em first with regular car wash and a scrubber; then took some 00 steal wool followed by 0000 steal wool to finish it off. and just wiped em dry after, result was to my liking =]

dont worry about the rust on the tips. undercoat that badboy while theres still some left

yeah thats actually an undercoating that went horribly wrong.. getting the guy to fix it all very soon.. i'd really like to get the frame powder coated but i just dont see it fitting in the budget any time soon :p

On top of using the steel wool I found it very helpful to use barkeepers friend which can be found in most any supermarkets and walmarts this helps as a polish/cleaner and helps remove rust.
