parking brake on 94 chevy 1500
How can i release the parking brake on 94 chevy 1500 levers broke?
someone has put the parking brake on and the lever to release it is broken, i cannot move my truck! detailed explanation how to fix this problem? please!! how do i loosen it? |

is it the cable that broke if so just reach up under the dash and toward the back of the assembly theres a leaver just pull it and it will release

Reach underneath the dash where the pedal assembly is for the parking brake.If the cable is still there, push down on the pedal to remove the resistance while pulling on the cable to release it.Or you can see where the cable attaches to, while pushing down on the pedal,activate the catch with a screwdriver.
