303 Protectant. Has UV protection, gives a mild shine with almost no residue, has stuff to recondition the tires natural oils.

You can find it at boat and Marine stores (it's also the best for fibreglass).

I use Eagle One and use their custom applicator thing. I have used Black Majik-smells really good. Both work about the same, but Eagle One is cheaper. My friend uses Meguiars and swears by that crap, but I don't see enough difference between mine and his to justify the price difference. They all wear off after a short while anyway.
One thing that I have noticed using this stuff is a light brown ring about 1 1/2" wide from the tread down. I believe this crap causes it, but I have no proof. If I apply some more, it is not noticeable though.
Don't use armor all tire foam---doesn't work at all

Years back I used to use armorall, eagle one. Now I use any of the cleaner/dressing combo. I made a shield the diameter of the wheel (with cardboard & get this DUCT TAPE!) to protect it from the chemicals. Just spray it on and presto.. Those things last well enough until the next wash, has UV protection, and give a mild shine with hardly any residue, just like Y2k+1 Z71 said. And best you have less hassle to deal with.

May be I just getting too old to deal with that crap, but it works;)

I use Whestle's(sp) Wheel Bleach or something like that. It cleans the raised white letters back to white if you use a brush on them. I usually dont user tire dressing.

If its loud, fast and runs on flammable liquid......count me in.

Meguiar's High Endurance. Smells like grapes and lasts for a couple of weeks even after driving in the rain. :)
