Check engine lite
Hello everyone,I`m new here and I purchased a 3500 dually with a duramax/allison combo.It has 59k on it and the check e-lite came on the it has no power.It came up with a code p1093.
Anyone familiar with this code and powerloss.

what year and engine code,likely a plugged fuel filter.also 04 2 motor had a problem with the pressure relief valve in the left fuel rail that would cause this .

the lack of power could be limp mode was trigered but the fuel filter is a good place to start and you still should have the engine warrenty caseu the error might relate to injectors but the filer is where to start

My 04 LLY just did this same thing 1093, it would not run over 2000 rpm,s,,,I changed the fuel filter and it has not done it since,if that doesnt work you will have to shim the fuel rail. dieselplace.com will show you how to do that..good luck
