All New 2500HD & 3500
Hey all! Here's a couple of (fairly poor) pictures of the all new Chevy 3500 Duramax. This picture does not do it justice. I was pretty impressed; however, I do think they need to fill the wheel wells a little more. I just went to the Texas State Fair where Chevrolet always has a huge truck exhibit. The Chevrolet "Product Specialist" didn't even know the 2500HD and 3500 were going to be there. I've done a lot of searching and haven't found any other info about the new HDs. Anyways, I thought I'd share this will y'all.

Nice. Makes me want to stay with my '01 HD even more.

I don't think the Chevy's look bad, but the GMCs.

I don't see how anyone could like those horribly ugly front bumpers...I mean it looks somewhat alright and then you get to the sides and it's BAM!...this huge ugly chrome bulge...

I agree with most of the reviewers when I say...I think the GMC's have a much more muscular look...the Chevy's look terrible in the front IMO.

I do think if the bumper was colored to match it would look a lot better. I agree...too much chrome.

Not such thing. I do agree the bumper is ugly, but at least it is more metal than plastic. I still like it better then the angry china man look of the 03s+, but I think the 04s+ GMCs look way better then the 07s.

Man, I want to see one in real life. Looks to be a lot different than the old HD.

I think one of those duallys would look hot bagged and dumped

Re: All New 2500HD & 3500
Ohmigod they look really ridiculous with those standard size wheels and tires. Those things are so gigantic that they almost have to make 20" rims standard just so it looks proportional. What the hell is wrond with gm? The 98-02 Chevys were so gorgeous and they can't seem to recover. The GMCs are at least holding their own, but I hate that black filler piece beneath the grille on the 2500-3500s. On the "Classic" trucks.

Re: All New 2500HD & 3500
Although, I do like the attempt at more chrome. That is good, they keep taking the chrome away and replacing it with plasic lately. Its a freakin truck. But they still look so cartoonish. Unbeliveable. No wonder the used GM truck market is so expensive.
