how tall is a 305/45R22 and will it fit on a 2/3 dropped OBS? heres a pic of the tire size

They look like Intro hammers. But I know that they are not Intros. Bolts in the wrong locations.

here is my roomates truck...ironically 2nd time ive posted today to give an answer to a similar quesiton...
he has 305/45/22s with ZERO rub...we've tried to get them to rub everyway we know how...aint happening...he acutally is bout to put a 2/3 mcgaughys spindle drop on it...they clear with ease for some reason...  decieving image...but wheel is turned about 90% to the left in this pic...pic is at the front of the passneger side lookin back...
