I love your threads. You guys do great work and then you come on here and do step by step posts on what you're doing. Its great for people who come along wanting to do suicide doors, filler neck behind the tail lights, etc. Keep up the great work

haha if it wasnt for donnie there wouldnt be any posts. like when ever i do anything on my hoe i can never remember to take pics lol. i love that we post everything thou from start to finish and not just the finished product. gives people more of an idea of how much work we have put into this hoe. and that we do it all ourselfs (besides paint)

Update,

First I'll go over a few thing that gave us a problem, The lower body line was off, Door needed to go up.. And the bottom of the door was pushed in to much, This was all caused be me not holding the door the right way when doc was welding the boxes in!

So, After we adjusted the hinges, We were able the get the door to move up enough so the lower body line lined up perfect...Then we needed to get the bottom of the door pushed out some, So it wouldnt hit the bottom line..

Now it clears nicely

The inner door part, Hard to make it out from the pic,

But it's hitting the back panel if the door is open to far,

This is as open as it will going with out hitting,

So, We took the door back off, So We could cut and weld in a new piece so it wouldnt hit where it was hitting,

Gained a lot of room,

We'll get the door back on tomorrow and see how much space we gained..

This is one hell of a mod, I/we never thought it would be this hard, And we havent even gotten to the latch yet

And to think, Doc(ih8ford) did all this work for a box of forks!
