Take some time to toss the bumper cover on and get familiar with the mounting points and mock up the brackets.
Here are some part numbers for the Silverado SS body pieces, however, I have not verified all of them.
The list price for the front cover, 2 airducts and the 4 brackets is over $800, but the dealer should provide a discount off of that, or check GMpartsdirect.com. The paint was around $200, this will vary by location.

Here are a couple of pics of the side brackets which come in two pieces(15124949). The thin red line indicates the outline and location of the bracket. These are universal for either side.
There is a strip of double sided tape on the top for securing it to the factory bumper. There are also brackets built into the front cover which mount to the fog light location on the factory bumper. The lower grille opening has fasteners built into the cover that attach where the factory valance mounted to the metal bumper. I do not have pics of the lower support brackets(15182636 and 15182637), but here's a quick MS paint drawing. The black indicates the bracket which bolts from the lower bumper(2 bolts) to the top of the airduct(1 bolt, existing). The white lines show the bolt locations. I used 'elevator bolts' from Lowes to secure the exposed mounting points on the brackets.
Yes, you can mount your OEM fog lights behind the air ducts. It will require that you fabricate up a new bracket, which can be easily done with materials from the hardware store. I used flat stock and just extended the existing bracket back. Here's a couple of pics of the fogs shining through.
For you GMC guys, Street Scenes makes an aftermarket SS cover.
If anybody would like to add anything, please do.
