95 ext cab,short bed
I was curious about some things, I have recently accuired a 95 short bed ext. cab pickup, body is pretty much trashed a a tree fell on the cab, my question is can I use a newer cab (3rd door) on this one as long as the rest of the body is the same, or even a Suburban body? I was just curious as Full size pickup trucks are new to me and I havent been to Borders to secure books for this project yet.

what are you talking newer, 97 and 98 ext cabs had the option for a 3rd door, cab is the same regardless from 88-98 1/2 tons. 93-99 3/4 and 1 ton, obs cabs the same. 99up nbs cabs will not work on this frame. suburban frame is different the body would not work without modifications to the frame.
