Wagner paint sprayer?
Could someone paint a vehicle using one of these?

Go for it! By paint, if you just mean it'll get the paint on there, yeah I'm sure it would. The paint looking good is another story...

I'm wanting to do some flatblack paint but I don't have access to a compressor or a paint gun so I'm exploring my cheap ass options.
