BLUE PICS Requested OOBS/OBS NEW OK
I think there was a color of Blue that was on Chevy trucks in the early to mid nighties that was some sort of electic blue of somesort it was really cool. I love the Blue on the CORVETTE GRAND SPORT ( collisonne blue sp? ) But the thing i didnt like about the GRAND SPORT BLue was that it got purpleish under cloudy skies and im wondering if that was due to the pearl in it? I like the blue just dont like it getting purple on me....I had it on a 69 Chevelle, and it was pretty nice, but i didnt like it changing colors all the time..lol...
Anyone have some kick tail blue pics? Im going to paint my 84 (in sig) blue. THanks! Remy

This is a 2002 Vette , the add says it is Electric blue which kind of looks like the GRAND SPORT Blue without the pearl?? Am i close?? Thanks

What you are describing sounds like the metallic blue on my old 94 Thunderbird...

I effin love blue on my truck I had the factory sky blue, then when to a midnight blue....

My personal choice for blue is Jetstream Blue Metallic. It can only be purchased through GM and that sucks because it is pricey !!!!

Not sure exactly what shade you are wanting but I have a couple of shades.....
This is the factory color....
Then the next shade of blue...about the same color just a little more pearl.....
Then the newest shade Arrival blue metallic, but I believe that this might have to much of the purple hue you dont like.....

That is beautiful! if you would , could you put up more pics of that maybe in different lighting? I think that is very close to what i want. i want it pretty close to the Grand Sport stuff, but not looking purple in some lights, or too dark. If yours stays that color in differnt lights, then that is pretty dang dead on to what I want. thanks,!!

The gran sport color is wa128a There is a violet toner in it that is giving it the purple look. I am putting it on my truck but I am adding some red prl to it to give it a lil more purple flop.
Same color but in the sun and without the red prl.
Myself I really like this color

My truck is arrival blue on the bottom and factory light blue on the top. Check the sig for more pictures!

I think the color was Bahama Blue Metallic. I had a 91 GMC in high school that was that color.
