How to Remove A-Pillar Cover
Hi, I am trying to run a GPS antenna to the roof of my 2004 Sierra and I need to get under the plastic A-pillar cover. Can anybody tell me if there is a special way to remove the cover, or do I just pull it off? I would like to avoid breaking any clips.

pull towards the center console from the top edge...about a 45 degree angle from the door.

Be very careful. I had to take mine off one day and accidentally broke the clip, so it is kinda just stuck up in there for now and when i go over big bumps it has a tendency to fall.

The plastic trim and the clips are just waiting for an opportunity to break. Don't turn the volume too high or the bass too low, LOL.

Breaking a clip isn't the end of the world though, I've broken some and repaired them with ABS cement from any hardware store. I've fixed a few small cracks near the floor on the pieces that run up the side of the cab behind the door by glueing a small piece of scrap ABS behind the crack. You'd never notice them.
