You can't get just the black part. It would consist of the entire top section of the jump seat. The part number is 88977367.

you can go to the dealer and he can do a nation search and every dealer in the states that has one will show up. he sounds lazy lol you might have to pay freight charge too

It's not discontinued according to my computer. They're showing to have them in the Michigan GM warehouse but it's $455 dollars.

yea some dealers just dont have any work ethic. luckily for me, there are 2 GM dealerships in the town i live in. and one wouldnt help me at all. he just said the part was discontinued and theres nothing he can do. and the other one did that nationwide search. and the next day i had the parts i needed.try another dealer

For future reference (and for anyone else interested) I believe these are the part numbers for the item you are inquireing about:
#19127364 is dark pewter (69I) #19127365 is pewter (92I) #19127366 is neutral (52I)
