Re: pulling console out of bose truck
I was talking to mamu.
You haven't found any grey ones? Just get a tan one and dye it, it's what I did with this one:
It comes apart 100% to paint each piece individually.

Re: pulling console out of bose truck
It's not that big of a deal, that was in my old helpers truck he looked for about 6 months for a dark grey one and gave up, ended up getting a tan one and we took it apart and dyed it with SEM one day at work. Really easy. We just cut the piece for the console the only difference is the one made for the console rolls in where the other one is just a sharp line where he cut it. But 99% of the people that get in your truck will never know.

Yeah, I've wanted one for a long time too. More storage in the console and infront too. I never use the jump seat. His big deal was he got a DUI and had a breathilizer in the truck and nowhere to put it, it would just slide around on the dash and then hit the floor on the otherside just when it would start to buzz to make him blow in it again while he was drivinng down the road. He put up with that for two weeks and then finally bought a console.

Yeah, they do get expensive there.
email or call this place: http://lkqonline.com/
He got his there for about $250 a lot cheaper than they were going on ebay at the time. Just make sure that you tell them a 2003-2006 console because the first time they sent him an 2002 console and had to send it back.

Re: pulling console out of bose truck
fellas let me tell ya, this big console is nice if you dont have anything in your truck. but all it does is collect junk. my console is completely full of crap and the cup holder part wont stay clean more than 2 or 3 days. and i think ive decided that im just guna leave it there till after christmas( when i get outa school) then i mite look for a differet truck. but good luck to everyone tring this swap and keep pics updated.
