installing center console in place of jump seat

I have a friend that totaled his truck and he has the center console I was thonknin about swapping his console into my truck. How hard is this? Is therr any holes to drill etc to install the console in my truck? His truck is jus like mine

If you have the jump seat that doesn't fold down it's fairly easy to take out. There are just 4 bolts that attached it to the frame, and then the cup holders are revited on. There are two metal braces that are bolted to the floor boards I believe you might have to take these out to get the center console in but I am not sure. If you take your buddies out first that would be the best so you can see how it's bolted in.
