1995 chevrolet window won't go down

i need some help.
i rolled down my window a couple days ago, and it only went down about an inch and started making a grinding noise. i barely got it up, and i haven't touched it since. anyone have any suggestions?

check the fuse My guess the regulator some how chit the bed.. the tracks are binding or the motor seized. i would start by spraying some WD in the tracks as best as you can and if that doesn't touch it. then pop the door panel and check out the vital organs throw some More WD around there.. maybe even some lithium grease..and see where that takes ya.

Same happened to my 98 2-door recently, i just went ahead and replaced the entire regulator w/motor, was easier than just taking the motor off to replace, took about an hour or two.
