Someone on here, I can't remember his name, used the SEM dye on his leather seats and it looked great. The carpet and headliner I would replace with the right color and the seat belts have to be replaced.
If prepped right the dye should last just as long as factory interior paint. A scotch brite pad works great to scuff and make sure you do not use any cleaning agent that will take the factory paint off after you scuff it.
