New tire Pics

OK, so they aren't new, and I am taking them off the wheels tomarow, but they looked cool when i was test fitting the wheels.
So I took some pics.

They are old 31x13.5-15 bias goodyears that I got "free" with my 84' blazer wheels.

I almost didn't buy the wheels because those tires made them look so narrow.

Re: New tire Pics
No, I am not using them.
Note the jack and stand holding my truck up.

They have cracks in the sidewalls I could stick my hand through to the wheel. Hard as rock too. I hope they aren't to tough to get off.

4.3L + 13.5" wide = NO burnouts.
Unless maybe you count a burnt up clutch.

well since im guessing they don't hold air just lower them down enough off the jack to put a little weight on the tires, block up the fronts and light em up.

Park the front tires against a big curb and you can do it.

Re: New tire Pics
I did a summer in a tire shop but that was 10 years ago.
We did as many farm tires as anything.
I have lots of respect but no envy toward tire men.

I agree, rookie! After doing tires 10 hours a day, 6 days a week, I was DONE. I think it was the tall 24's, Skidsteers, and 19.5's that eventually made me throw in the towel.

...or maybe it was 20k more a year, not getting dirty, paid breaks, lunches, vacation, room for advancement, and an air conditioned office.
