not really sure when they came out, but if you do not have a button the says auto then you don't. my 99 tahoe has auto trac and my 96 z71 does not

The shock denting issue is only when using a single standard shock...running dual shocks above wouldn't contact anything. Some shocks can be run upside down anyway with no issue and that is all you have to do with the cepek. Still a great kit and cheaper than alot of others on the market, I wouldn't let a small shock issue hold back a purchase of a quality kit...but that is just my opinion

I dunno i remember hyperz saying his dual shocks got dented bad from the kit also so he had to make custom hoops. Just was wondering.

yup this kit is quiet an intense install make sure u have alternate transportaion to get to an from the local napa or autozone for rent a tools. it is just about exacly 6.5" pretty darn close. throw a body lift on too! go big!
